NaF Halloween Disco Terms and Conditions:
This event is for Na Fianna juvenile members from the 2015 & 2016 Girls groups only.
1. Doors open 15 minutes before the stated start time.
2. Attendees should remain in the halla for the duration. There will be designated areas for fresh air and for first aid, should it be required.
3. The Disco will be supervised by a mix of parents, mentors and other club members who are garda vetted. A security management plan has been drawn up.
4. Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the disco as a family.
5. Disco attendees will be escorted to the toilets by the supervision team in place and returned to the halla thereafter.
6. There will be a free operational cloakroom available. The organising group cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen. Items are left at the owners risk.
7. Rucksacks will not be permitted and bags are subject to search. Only food and drink purchased on the premises permitted. Any other items will be confiscated at the door.
8. It is the guardian’s responsibility to communicate T&Cs to juvenile Disco attendees
9. The guardian who purchased tickets will be contacted to remove any attendees listed under their names, from the event, should it be deemed necessary.
10. Organisers cannot assume responsibility for any attendees who leave the premises during the event.
Anyone deemed in breach of these T&C's will be removed from the event and a guardian contacted for their collection.
