I understand that participating in this event is potentially hazardous, and that I should not enter and participate unless I am medically able and properly trained.

·       In consideration of the acceptance of this entry, I assume full and complete responsibility for any injury or accident which may occur while I am traveling to or from the event, during the event, or while I am on the premises of the event.

·       I also am aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants, effect of weather, traffic, and conditions of the road.

·       I agree that no liability whatsoever shall attach to CLG Na Fianna, Race Sponsor, any Race Official or any Member of CLG Na Fianna in respect of injury, loss or damage suffered by me in or by reason of the event, however caused. Participants in this Event are not covered by the GAA Injury Benefit Fund.

·       Each individual should ensure that they have cover in place in the event of an accident as per their own individual requirements.

·       Use of iPods: The organisers strongly advise against the use of iPods / earphone or a similar device whilst participating in the event. You may not be able to hear instructions or safety warnings from our stewards. IF YOU CANNOT HEAR, YOU ARE IN DANGER.

·       This is not a road race however you will need to cross at junctions and traffic lights, be aware of passing vehicles. Run/walk on the roadside pavements / park pathways and be aware that there will be members of the public passing you. For your safety listen to the instructions of the course stewards.

·       U13s MUST be accompanied, U18s MUST have parental consent.

·       I understand that once I enter the Na Fianna Run my entry is non-refundable under any circumstances and entries are non-transferrable to other potential participants.

·       Your personal data as provided on this form will be used for the purpose of organising and administering the event and will not be used for any other purpose.
