NaF Dioscó Terms and Conditions:
1. Doors open 15 minutes before the stated start time for each Disco group.
2. Strictly no alcohol, drugs, smoking or vaping permitted either on the premises or surrounding environs.
3. Please respect the privacy of other disco-goers. Content of a graphic nature should neither be captured nor shared.
4. Attendees should remain in the hall for the duration of their disco time until a parent/guardian collects them. There will be designated areas for a tuck shop, fresh air and first aid, should it be required.
5. The Disco areas will be supervised by a mix of Senior Camogie Players, parents and mentors. A security management plan has been drawn up.
6. For the younger age groups, parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the disco as a family.
7. It should be noted that toilet facilities are external to the hall. This area will be supervised from outside the toilet area.
8. There will be a free operational cloakroom available. The organising group cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen. Items are left at the owner’s risk.
9. Rucksacks will not be permitted and bags are subject to search. Only food and drink purchased on the premises permitted. Any other items will be confiscated at the door.
10. It is the guardian’s responsibility to communicate T&Cs to juvenile Disco attendees.
11. The guardian who purchased tickets will be contacted to remove any attendees listed under their names, from the event, should it be deemed necessary.
12. Organisers cannot assume responsibility for any attendees who leave the premises during the event without the knowledge of the supervision team.
Anyone deemed in breach of these T&C's will be removed from the event and a parent/guardian contacted for their collection.
