Deadline to register your interest to attend tomorrow night's AGM is 1pm today

As you know from your email correspondence, this year's club AGM is scheduled virtually for tomorrow, Thursday the 23rd of September at 8.30pm.  If you haven't already registered your interest in attending the AGM  please fill in this form - https://forms.office.com/r/25AUYqJ687 - by 1pm today.

If you have already registered your interest, there is no need to re-register.  

Further details will be sent out in advance of the meeting. Included will be instructions around how the meeting will be conducted, in keeping with the protocol’s outlined in the club's constitution.  If you need any guidance with setting up Zoom, please advise.   

Please note that only fully paid up adult members are permitted to attend the AGM.
